Cunningham, Miller & Williams, P.A., is one of the oldest continuous Law Firms in the Florida Keys. The Firm was established in 1953 by Ralph E. Cunningham, Jr.

Presently, the Firm consists of four attorneys. Although each attorney works mainly in a designated practice area, it is the Firm practice to draw upon the varied resources of all of our attorneys in representing our clients. Firm members continue to follow the traditions established by Ralph Cunningham through their active involvement with local government, community organizations, youth programs and the various committees of the Florida Bar.

The Firm provides a broad range of full legal services to its clients, and has an established reputation for delivering quality legal services in all practice areas. The Firm litigation department handles a broad range of both civil and criminal litigation matters, with strong emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, family law, real property litigation and personal injury law. The transactional practice department provides services in the areas of real property law, real property transactions, land use, zoning, condominium law, estate planning, estate administration, business and corporate law.

The Firm is also a member of the Florida Law Network, a group of independent law firms practicing throughout the State of Florida and in various cities outside of Florida which have combined their knowledge, efforts and resources for the benefit of their clients.

It is the policy of the Firm to stay on the leading edge of technological advances. The Firm maintains its own in-house title examination facility and computer library, is fully computerized, has electronic mail and voice capability, and multiple dedicated telefax lines which receive communications on a 24 hour basis.
