Robert Miller joined the Firm in May of 1983 and is now senior partner. He received his Bachelors' Degree in Education from the State University of New York in 1971, and continued to pursue his Masters, which was awarded to him at the same university in 1974. After teaching for several years, he returned to his studies to receive his Law Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982.
   
Since moving to Marathon, Robert has been active in many community civic organizations. He is a member of the Marathon Rotary Club, the Marathon Chamber of Commerce, and the Monroe County Estate Planning Council. He is the former Treasurer of the Citizens to Incorporate Marathon and former Director and President of the Friends of Marathon Library.

He was also the Director of the Florida Keys Children Shelter from 1993-1994, a member of the One Hundred Club of Monroe County, and is former Mayor and City Council Member of the City of Marathon.

Robert is a licensed attorney in New York and Florida, and is a state certified Family Law Mediator.
